Jessica Headley, PhD

Dr. Headley is an Assistant Professor in the Counseling and Art Therapy Department and the Co-Director of the Women’s Center at Ursuline College. An experienced Professional Clinical Counselor, she specializes in women and gender issues, feminist theory and therapy, career development, gerontology, mentoring, and leadership development.

She is a strong voice in the fight for gender and racial equity. In 2019 she received the “Distinguished Young Woman Award” from the YWCA of Greater Cleveland for her commitment to eliminating racism and empowering women through her scholarship, teaching, and clinical practice.
