Join the Institute for our Holistic Wellness Meditation Series on the 4th Wednesday of the month.
Reports demonstrate that women are showing up to make positive change during a global time of crisis; however, we are also suffering higher burn out rates than ever before. As part of the Institute’s commitment to a 360 approach to women’s lives and creating opportunities to flourish both personally and professionally, our monthly meditation sessions are free and open to all.
Participate in a quick self-care break with a 30 minute meditation session led by mindfulness expert and Coordinator of the Mindfulness Program at University Hospitals, Suzanne Rusnak, M.Ed., M.S.S.A., L.S.W.
