Holistic Wellness Meditation Series

Join the Institute for our Holistic Wellness Meditation Series on the 4th Wednesday of the month.

Reports demonstrate that women are showing up to make positive change during a global time of crisis; however, we are also suffering higher burn out rates than ever before. As part of the Institute’s commitment to a 360 approach to women’s lives and creating opportunities to flourish both personally and professionally, our monthly meditation sessions are free and open to all.

Participate in a quick self-care break with a 30 minute meditation session led by mindfulness expert and Coordinator of the Mindfulness Program at University Hospitals, Suzanne Rusnak, M.Ed., M.S.S.A., L.S.W.

Take a break, let go of all that is weighing you down, and engage in calming practice to help reduce stress levels and support your holistic approach to health and wellness.
