Women’s Work: Rising, Leading, and Thriving
Produced by the Institute for Women, Wellness & Work at Ursuline College

This is a podcast that empowers women to recognize ourselves as the leaders we’ve been waiting for. We take on leadership roles in different ways but know this: all women lead. Whether you’re climbing the corporate ladder, a stay-at-home mom (a.k.a., a working mom), whether you’re running for office or a social influencer, a student or a volunteer in your community, you are a leader.
We all face challenges and have areas for growth yet we also have the ability to cultivate our strengths and become the leaders we want to be. Join us and learn about diverse women leaders who courageously share their challenges and ambitions, how they’ve overcome gender and intersectional challenges, and where they’ve found value in their own identities. Listen for mentoring tips, leadership strategies, and discover how to find your voice.
Embrace your strengths and claim your seat at the table.
