Brooke Scharlott

Ms. Scharlott is the Executive Director of the Ursuline College Accelerated Program (UCAP).  In this role, she has expanded accelerated program opportunities, launched several online programs, expanded program offerings, and is always looking for new and innovative ways to foster learning for adults seeking to learn something new, sharpen their skills, or return to school to complete their education.

Ms. Scharlott has devoted her entire career in higher education to serving adult learners.  Her career has involved launching online programs, moving traditional programs to more flexible hybrid options (partially online, partially in person), developing training programs for working adults, and establishing partnerships to support adult learners transitioning to finish their degrees.  Knowing that learning occurs everywhere, Ms. Scharlott has also helped implement and expand opportunities for lifelong learning that recognize work experience.

She earned a B.S. in Marketing from Dyke College, her master’s degree in Adult Learning from Capella University, and has completed her coursework towards an Ed.D. in Higher Education and Adult Learning from Walden University.
