Quit the Daily Grind with Gina Messina for the Institute for Women at Ursuline College

In today’s fast-paced world, it’s all too easy to get caught up in the daily grind. We wake up, rush through our routines, work long hours, and repeat the cycle day after day. The result? Skyrocketing stress levels, rising burnout rates, and a pervasive feeling of disconnection from ourselves and what truly matters in life.

Join the Institute’s Gina Messina for an insightful conversation on how we can quit the daily grind, find our flow, and reconnect with ourselves and with what we care about most.
