Anita LeDeaux-Ricks, MBA is a collaborative and strategic leader who has been in sales for over 25 years and currently shares her expertise managing teams at LinkedIn. Throughout her career, she has led high performing sales teams while managing and growing account territories of more than $30M. In addition to her professional experience, Anita has been and is a mentor to many. She is actively involved in Menttium and LinkedIn’s Mentoring Circles, where she coaches emerging leaders. As an active member and leader of several professional organizations, Anita has been honored for her leadership and commitment to mentoring, diversity, inclusivity, and belonging including being awarded Fellow with The Executive Leadership Council – Strategic Pathways (program for Black women leaders).
Anita is passionate about creating space for underrepresented groups to be seen, heard and elevated. She is an ever-curious thought partner who gets energy from coaching and mentoring individuals, as well as helping organizations drive continuous improvement.
On top of all her professional experiences, Anita’s most important role is being a mother of two college age children.
